  • The $80 savings is a waiving of our $80 connection fee. Offer applicable online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie. tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Offer applicable to Mobility consumer accounts only. Offer not applicable to Business, Corporate or EPP account types.
  • Based on the total number of national awards received in recent years from independent companies specializing in mobility network intelligence and analytics.
  • TELUS offers a 12-month limited warranty on select new smartphones (“Phone” or “Phones”), commencing on the date that the Phone’s 1-year manufacturer’s warranty expires, that the Phone shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the eligibility requirements, conditions and limitations below. In order to be eligible for this warranty, the Phone must have been purchased from TELUS or Koodo on or after October 24, 2025, must have an active TELUS or Koodo mobility plan, and must have had an original manufacturer’s warranty period of not more than 1 year. Sonim devices, smartphones with a manufacturer’s warranty of more than 1 year, tablets, watches, accessories, and all other Mobility products are not eligible for this warranty.
  • Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy Payment® agreement (0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy Payment® balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy Payment® balance due upon termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance, roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra.
